We believe church ought to be a place where nobody stands alone.

All of us were created with certain needs that can only be met through relationships. Whether you have been a believer for a long time or are just beginning your walk with Christ, we have a Small Group that’s perfect for you.

The heart of the Small Group community is found in our weekly Bible studies and group activities. Our groups and their leadership welcome everyone, no matter where you are in life and regardless of your background, experiences, and traditions. We are there to learn and grow with you. So join us this Sunday at 9:30 a.m. during Sunday School (the original small group) or contact us to register for any of the Home Bible study choices below!

Sunday Evening Bible Studies

Begin January 6

• Welcome to the Family – for those who have just joined our church, or are interested in doing so.  Led by Darrel Webb.

• God’s Amazing Grace – How does God reveal Himself to us?  How is He active in my life?  Led by Dick Cooper.

• Cat and dog Theology – Why are most Christians today bored?  How can faith get exciting again?  Led by Mark Anderson.

• Anchor of Hope: How to Find Hope Again – A women’s Bible study group, led by Brenda Headrick.

• Biblical Doctrines: What does the Bible teach us? - Bible Study in Spanish, led by Denis Zamora.

• Worship Service – an intimate worship service held in the Family Life Center.  Led by Pastor David and Larry.

Weekday Bible Studies

• Monday Evenings, 7:00 p.m. Jan. 7 – Feb. 18                                      When Godly People Do Ungodly Things – a women’s Bible study written by Beth Moore.  Led by Phyllis Glunt.

• Tuesday Evenings, 6:30 p.m. Jan 8 – May 13                                       A Walk through the Bible – a dinner & Bible study for those in their 20s.  Led by Lora Jones.

• Wednesday Evenings, 6:30 p.m. Begins Jan 2    (These groups meet at the church building)

•         1) Living the Holy Spirit – a Bible study based on Charles Stanley’s  book, The Wonderful Spirit Filled Life.  Led by Judy Courtney.

•         2) Prayer Groups – Two groups meet to earnestly pray together.  The women’s group meets in the library.  The men’s group meets in the sanctuary.

•         3)Bible study in Spanish led by Denis Zamora

• Thursday noon, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.  Jan – May                                     A bring-your-own lunch, verse-by-verse Bible study on the book of Ephesians, led by Lora Jones
